Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of attractions allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible experience. Please be ready to play at your start time as we can only hold the attraction for 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. Please note that our cancellation policy means no refunds are given once payment has been made and the booking has been confirmed, we are able to offer date changes but they must be within a one month period.

3. For all pre-orders, full payment and final numbers for your group are needed 72 hours before your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.

4. Full payment is due at time of booking for groups of 10 or less

5. This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

6. Your booking is subject to our general terms and conditions, which can be found below If you make a booking, it will be solely on the terms set out here and in our general terms and conditions, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Together, these terms and our general terms and conditions form the “agreement” between us relating to your booking.

7. Please note we allow one booking per person per day, to give equal opportunity to our guests to play. If there is infringement of this, you may be asked to leave. Management reserves the right to enforce this offer at any time.

8. PLEASE NOTE: guests cannot bring their own darts, clubs or pucks. This is both for health and safety purposes and for our game technology to work. All guests must be 18+ to play, and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment using the card kept on file.

When you make a table booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of tables allocated and/or your booking duration.

2. A card authorisation of £5 per guest is required to secure your booking. No money will be taken unless you fail to show up for your booking or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you choose to pre-order food and drinks, you will be asked to pay for the pre-order and will not need to authenticate your card.

3. For tables booked in our outside areas we recommend keeping an eye on weather forecasts. In the event of bad weather, we’ll do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability. If you’re cancelling a booking due to bad weather with less than 24 hours’ notice we'll be happy to help you rearrange for another date but please note you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.

6. PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be 18+ after 5pm and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.

7. All games are played at your own risk and we do not accept any liability for accidents caused out of our control.

8. You are expected to act accordingly in the public space and any unwanted behaviour will be dealt with accordingly and full cooperation given to local services if dealing with such.

9. Taking property from the venue will be treated as they and the appropriate authorities contacted, any loss of revenue due to damages will be reclaimed.
